The 'Thanks' were disconnected from the Karma listing a while back. I think that's what the issue is. 'Thanks' now show up in your Profile.

Thanks for the reminder and the message from a Cover. If you're going along and appreciate someone's post or see someone really going the extra mile to help out, give them some Karma and list the reason. It is kind of nice sometimes to see people acknowledge your help.
