TS 16949 QMS Audit Final Report

I am very interested (desperate) in viewing a well documented Quality Management System Audit report. Or at least a good format. I do not like any of my creations.

Can anyone share some ideas with me?

I have five COPs and conduct a QMS audit for each.

Can anyone share some ideas with me?

I recommend a well written report with 3 or 4 sections:

1. Noteworthy Good observations - things that were especially good.
2. Noteworthy Poor observations - things that were particularly poor or weak.
3. Two or three paragraphs of narative describing what you saw, overall.

Lastly, attach a list of findings or Corrective actions, preventive actions and improvement ideas.

The rest of the details should be in the checksheets and notes and do not have to be typed into the report.
