Caution Characteristics of Manufacturing/Production Manager

I just wanted to share my latest challenge as a quality manager. I am on my 4th week at a new job with a new company. The manufacturing manager has a closer relationship with the computer than the manufacturing floor. And every meeting has the overhead projection of the computer as the focus point.

It is obvious what the issues are, and I have made some headway, but I will share with you the progress I'm making.

Good Luck!
Do not forget that Quality is a Support function and you have to share the support on computer also in addition to shop floor

Yeah, first of all, congratz to your new errand … so, your PM has passion in computer thing, huh? ... just only a caution reminder, don’t push him too hard with ISO thing… he may find it more astonishing than computer…
