DNV looks forward a true partnering relationship with our clients. Unfortunately, as a Certification Body, many times the relationship we have with our clients is constrained by accreditation rules, the fact that we are in contact only a few times a year, in discrete events, such as an audit, a training course, an assessment, etc. We would like to expand our relationship with our current and future clients and help the establishment of a virtual community, with DNV being perceived as a resource, rather than an auditing agency.

In order to promote ways to allow for an on-going, continual and mutually beneficial relationship, DNV is trying this new media to allow for a positive exchange of information with our clients. We just launched this pilot project and we have established a DNV clients-only (private) Forum at The Cove Forums website.

Please note that this Forum does not replace our normal communication channels. The goal of this forum is to provide a platform for discussion amongst our clients and our representatives and transfer knowledge, in a constructive and collaborative manner. For those of you who would like to participate in this endeavor, we ask you to maintain proper “net-etiquette”, avoiding any personal attacks, disclosure of confidential information and other detrimental behavior. The Forums are moderated and inappropriate material and contributions can and will be removed and/or edited by the Moderators.

DNV believes that we can make this an enriching experience and mutually beneficial endeavor. For that to happen, proper decorum is paramount.

So, without further delay, we invite you to participate in the upcoming discussions we will be populating this DNV Private Forum with.
