Please Help! HACCP product description - Processed food

said if i wan apply haccp for processed food, what kind of product description that i should emphasize?

like labelling, intended used, storage or target customer?

Other than storage, I don't think these things are important to define for a HACCP program. You need to identify potential food safety hazards that could occur during processing and mitigate them.

See the Wikipedia article about HACCP. It has many links to US FDA guidance documents concerning HACCP.

In implementing HACCP your definitely have to have a product descriptione.g non-carbonated softdrinks that are juice containing and non-carbonated softdrinks that are juice containing. the FDA pages are really good. other pages that can help you include FSAI in Ireland. www.fsai.ie i havent visited the website in long time but there is lots of information

Our product description covers the following:
Product name, Ingredients, Properties, Microbial stability, Processing method, Preservation method, Packaging Storage and Distribution, shelf life, labeling and relevant legislation pertaining to that product.
