Quality Program Plan - How much detail does the customer want?
Hello, all, and once again my thanks to those of you that comprise this wonderful resource.
I'm taking a small company from tribal to AS9100 at breakneck pace because there is firm potential for an ongoing contract with a major aerospace player.
The potential customer has asked for a "Quality Program Plan addressing unique requirements specific for this program", in addition to becoming compliant to AS9100.
These "unique requirements" are gradually becoming known as negotiations proceed and the data dump from the customer is perused.
Is it enough to list these requirements as we perceive them and detail our level of compliance or intent to comply, or is more detail appropriate? I'm under pressure to reply soonest, but wonder if I should take the time to go as detailed as possible.
All opinions appreciated, I've never written one of these before.

Can anyone help with this post?
