In QFD , i need how to benchmark our product with world class / Competitor product . and how it was correlated with customer / technical requirements .

That information may be very hard to come by since this may be considered proprietary/strategic information. I don't think competitors will be willing to release this. Benchmarking has always been a controversial issue.
