we want to implement ISO10002 Requirement in our organization .
I would like to know if anyone have a pre- audit checklist or self-audit check list for Gap analysis of the requirements of ISO10002 Customer complaints

is it the best way to design a process having as a reference the ISO10002:2004 guidelines.
