Default Accreditation to ISO 17021

I received the attached letter today. I apologize for not having kept up with this topic. I looked on the DNV web site and couldn't find any reference to DNV's status regarding the subject standard. Can you fill me in, Sidney?

Carl, this issue is high priority for DNV and we have undergone our ISO 17021 accreditation audit a couple of months ago. We are working with ANAB to resolve some of the pending issues and we have no doubt ANAB will issue our ISO 17021 accreditation certificate by the deadline of September 15th.

Great, thanks Sidney. When you do receive your certificate will there be trumpets blaring and horns honking on this forum?

I don't think it will be that much celebration, but we will sure be happy...
