Producing a checklist for a particular process/activity is not that difficult.

Make a listing of all actions and associated requirements/specifications.
Make sure that all requirements have been addressed.

(You should know what these are otherwise you will not be able to assemble/produce the item.)

Convert that list in a listing of check/verify items using a yes/no (attribute-type) response. Or a response in the form of an actual value (variable).

Verify the list with a highly competent assembly worker.

Agreed?

Now you implement that list. Ensure that assembly personnel are trained and competent in its use.

Jan is right. Except for some VERY 'standard' situations, it is hard to give specific examples of an assembly operation station check list. The best thing to do is choose a FORMAT which you like and then populate it from the list of what actually happens in your assembly process.

Dear Yogesh,

In process assembly check sheet on 4M basis depends mainly on the type of assembly going on at your place.. You have to first make a list of works which are been done in your assembly..then you have have to Choose important processes and its out put which are important for your quality lets say toe in setting of front tyre then its correct method with correct equipment with correct value at correct place with the correct man...Similarly for PCDSME you can follow the same method...this can be easily done with the metric of checks and then going through yes and no attributes.. if you want to go furthur you can make it more accurate by inserting qulitative checks in it...
