Please Help! Automotive Quality Benchmark data - Reliability and Durability Quality Metrics

Hello Again,

Seems I am busy in the benchmark area quite a bit at the momment.

I am studying Quality Metrics of Automotive (Passenger Car) and Commercial Vehicle (Truck/Bus).
This is aimed at reliability and durability and I am interested in both historic and forecast data.

I would like to share a number of metrics and the current “Benchmark” values I have for these. Then would appreciate any comparative example anyone could share on these?

I have attached an Excel sheet to show some of the hard numbers.
I have included any example metrics I have as “Company A” data and would appreciate any comparative benchmark numbers for other companies. I don’t need to know company names, but maybe just service line sector or product?.
Company A is Automotive Passenger Car.

The metrics are listed as
Supplier / Component Quality Audits
PPM Defects
% right first timer
Initial Quality Survey
Customer Satisfaction (Things gone wrong / Things gone right)
Warranty Claim Rates (R/1000 & $ Cost)
Reliability & Durability
Supplier PPM

Any help or comments much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Chris

Would data on recalls (in the USA) be of use to you?

This site may be of benefit to you.
