hi guy's


i wil need some kind of help to develop a internal procedure to manage the repair and modification on our tooling .
must of the repair are made by external tool maker ,but the lack of communication between r&d and production made this exercise a bit difficult.
i beleive a well made procedure that will be enforce by the quality management will fix the problem

please help

Re: help need procedure

You need to have a good understanding of the process before you write a procedure. I'd suggest that you start by drawing a flow diagram of the process. Get agreement from the key players on what, who, when etc.
