Problem during registration of product with IMDS using the standard format

Dear All,

I already filled up Matrix One format for registration our product with IMDS. Eventhough all the check status passed , i could not able to get the final excel report( export file ) which requested by our customer for PPAP approval.

Please help me to solve this issue , and how i get this one.

I tried to open the file, but Windows gives an "trust" certificate error warrning and the macros do not run.

Dear Kales Vaggie,

Please open the file and click macro option and run it anywhere , then all linked worksheets are opened in the same file.

Hello Kales

Perhaps you have set your seurity level on 'High'. Suggest, you open the file- go to> 'Tools' menu > security > opens a dialogue box > lower the security level to 'Medium' and close file. Re-open the file > enable 'Macros' > opens file.

I am unable to open the file, however, I will make a few points.

1- If unable to resolve call the "help" number they will usually reply the same day or no later than the next.
2- If the status check reports "check successful" thae all you have to do is click OK and it's sent.
3- Check the basics, are you clicking the right button; send for your customer, internal for your self, and publish is for the system for everyone.
4- And then maybe your customer does not know how to retrieve your completed entry.
