If you want to print out a discussion thread without all the avatars and such, use the Thread Tools drop down menu:
This menu appears near the top of every page in a discussion thread.

No. It's a VERY old feature. I got an email asking if the feature existed, so I made a quick 'How To'.
Many people don't know 1/2 of the features of this software, so I try to add to the FAQ and/or the 'How To' threads in this forum when I get a question like this.

Yes - That's an example of a post in the moderator's forum which most people can't see and why I ask that questions/discussions by moderators that aren't moderator 'confidential' be made in the public forums.
