Audit Schedule Advice Needed - To cover all ISO 9001 requirements
Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong area of the forum (navigated here from ISO9001) - as its my first post as I'm fairly new to the field.
I've the challenge of creating a 2-person audit schedule over the course of a single day (830-5). There are seven major product realization processes at my client (receiving raw materials, molding, printing, machining/inserts, assembly, packing/labeling and shipping).
Can anyone offer suggestions or examples for how I should schedule accordingly with the need to cover *all* of the ISO9001 elements, i.e. 4.2, 4.3, etc.
Thanks.

Welcome to the Cove and congrats on making your first post! Have you tried the "Search" function ? The link to it is located towards the top-right of your screen.
Is your audit to focus soley on the product realization processes? What about the other processes such as management review, purchasing, human resources, and so on?
Either way, one thing that really helped me out when it came time to plan out my audit (i.e., time, resources, auditors, auditees, etc.) was a matrix...I'm such a matrix person.
- List all processes along one axis and all clause numbers/titles along the other.
- Indicate if the process - in relation to the clause - has a Direct, Supporting, or Not-applicable link.
- From there, you can plan the audit focusing your efforts on the Directly linked processes/clauses.
Hope that helps.

Welcome! If you go to the top of this (busy) page and look for a Green Box marked "Post Attachments List", and search for a 'football' diagram, you may find that useful. I have created this 'visual metaphor' for this purpose. I'll also see if I can send a .pdf file through your email, here. Try it - and let me know if it works for you.
