Please Help! Field Service - Database or Data Analysis of Repair Trends

Hi everyone - my turn to ask for help. We have a majro weakness in our Field Service Operation - lack of a decent database for analyzing repair trends. Our company has recently converted to MAS 200 from SAP, and we also have the JobOps module. Do any of you have any experience using JobOps for Scheduling repairs, and if so, how useful was it for later analyzing failure modes?

Is there another database or tool I could use for this sort of thing? Would someone be willing to share a tool or some information regarding field failure analysis? Thanks - realize this is pretty specific but hey - you never know if you don't ask.

Have you looked at this?
