Rosario,

A couple of questions, and please don't take these personal:

1. Are you capable of performing the function as Management Auditor?

2. How long have you been performing audits?

The reason I ask, because so many people want to accept a job/position, that sometimes they take the job/position and they drastically fail. Which is more critical then anything. You are better off not to accept the position then have a drastic failure at the attempt.

This may not be your particular situation and you may have a lot of Auditing experience.

But consider the questions and my comments.

Hi,
Thanks for your interest, very appreciate.

I have been performing ISO 9001, 14001 and OHS 18001 for almost 5 years now, i never had problem performing ISO and OHSAS audits.

My problem is to understand what they thinking when they talk about "key Aspects".

Thanks
Regards

Rosario

Welcome to the Cove, Rosario
What they mean (it appears) is that you should talk about the primary concerns and important issues regarding audit planning. What have you done in the past in this regard?

The use of the word "arrange" I would say that the key aspects of arranging audits, would be Importance and Previous results of audits. Added in: Also scheduling with the Management of the scheduled audit area.

plus some things like turnover rates, changes to products and processes, customer feedback that can be tied to the area, major changes in the QMS, even changes in the supporting functions such as IT, purchasing, etc. Don't ever forget that auditing needs to look at more than just past audits and results.
