USB Port Isolation as per IEC60601-1 - Medical Device

Hi All,
I'm looking for USB port isolator IC to comply with the IEC60601-1 safety standard.
I've found the IL710 digital isolator from NVE corporation which has UL1577 and IEC 61010-2001 approval.

I'm wondering if any one knows if this IC may good enough to comply with the medical standard.

I've already taken a look at this thread. But it doesn't help me.
My medical device may be connected to any PC with USB port.
What that I need to know is the differences between the IEC61010-1 and UL1577 to IEC60601-1 regarding to the isolation issue.

Best bet is to discuss with isolator component vendor. I'm sure you'll find that IEC 1010 isolation does not sufffice for IEC 60601-1. Better to build in your own isolation circuit. If it can be connected to any computer.... must assume mains voltage can appear at USB port. Is this a patient connected device?
