Question Does anyone have information on standard reference DIN 936?

Every so often you run into a Spec identifier that you havent delt with.

Does anyone have information on standard reference DIN 936 ?
(assuming it has to do with Thread size manufacture)

It MAY have a comparable ISO standard but we have found no clear information on it as yet.

This spec is for metric hex jam nuts class 6s plain finish steel. The DIN specs are produced in Germany. Sorry but I do not know of an English source.

The full title is "M8 to M52 and M8 X 1 to M52 X 3 Hexagon Thin Nuts"

It is withdrawn with no superceding document.

You can purchase it from Global Engineering Documents http://global.ihs.com/ for $78.
