Read This! Poka Yoke

I'd like to improve our corrective / preventive action systems by placing the emphasis on error proofing.

Can anyobody suggest source material or links to information on some practical examples of poka-yoke. I'm trying to develop a brief presentation to explain the topic to a group of process engineers in order that they can think more about preventing problems rather than relying on inspection systems to weed them out.

don,
I've got a book of examples sitting in my bookcase.
If you give me the address I'll lend it to you.

Regards

Brian

BIG Smile

Thanks Marc, I've already downloaded this file and can strongly recommend it to anybody who's interested in this topic.
I'm just looking to supplement it with some "real life" examples.
