Default Management Responsibility Presentation

Hi all,

Does anyone have a good presentation on "Management Responsibility"? I'm looking for something that is somewhat entertaining. I did do a search and didn't find anything specific to the subject.

Thanks,

KimLoree

You probably won't. The best I can recommend is to go through the standard and extract managements responsibilities from it.

Making it entertaining will be the tough part. Do you do magic tricks?

Yeah, it will be tough to make that one entertaining. I would also inlcude section 6 (Resource Management) in your presentation. The "truth" contained in those two sections will most likely make a few management team members squirm so it would be good to find a way to keep it light hearted. You had better bring your hat and cane when presenting that material.

The best way I have found to "entertain" management is to focus on $$$ that can be saved as a result of management commitment.
