What the qualification must be for a Part 145 Repair Station Accountable Manager & the Quality Engineer?
Is the FAA checking or requesting this qualifications?
Any comments on the subject anybody?

I don't think they dictate the qualification requirements, but you should keep training records as per part 65 of the FAR's.

The personnel requirements for Part 145 are:

Subpart D--PERSONNEL

§145.151Personnel requirements.
§145.153Supervisory personnel requirements.
§145.155Inspection personnel requirements.
§145.157Personnel authorized to approve an article for return to service.
§145.159Recommendation of a person for certification as a repairman.
§145.161Records of management, supervisory, and inspection personnel.
§145.163Training requirements.
§145.165Hazardous materials training.

They do define the requirements needed to gain the deligation to issue the return to service tag.

They do care who is signing the 8130-3 return to service tag and this person opperating under the approved repair station has to be FAA approved. Note not all personel have to have this only those that are issuing the return to service tags.
