Please Help! QR2 and GMSupplyPower - HELP!

I work for an organization that recently started sequencing for Ford. We are traditionally a GM Supplier. I am well versed in SupplyPower but have never dealt with QR2. Can you please tell me if Ford has an electronic place for Customer Complaints like GM does for PRRs? How do I physically get there? I am registered for the Ford Covisint Supplier Portal but I cannot get anywhere. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thank you! John

I would talk to your STA.

As far as I know, Ford does not have a comparable system. QR2 does not have a supplier interface. STA and plants handle it.

Q/R and Q/C are issued and you receive email notification. Responses in 8D format are send to the STA, IQ engineer and IQ inspector, usually by email or hand delivered. IQ office in the Ford plant closes the Q/R and Q/C.

You should have access to SIMs on the Ford Covisint portal. IF not, search for it and request access. Your company administrator can give you access.

John,

Kees is absolutely correct. Contact your customer's representative. They should not be too busy right now....

Kales Veggie:

Thank you so much for your input. This is the conclusion I was reaching. I have access to SIM. Once again, thank you for your help. I hope your new year continues to go well.
