Re: Quality Training
I did a search in the Post Attachments List (green button in the header) using the key words "quality training" and found this thread Introduction and Training to ISO 9001:2000 for Employees, which has an attachment of general training. Maybe it will be a good start for you.

An advanced search on "Quality Training for Employees" revealed this.
"Some assembly required" though....

The problem is our processes our very detail and parts are being hand assembled by the operators so human error is a huge factor. I looking for something to show how important quality is? and doing it right the first time
Thanks

As long as humans work in processes, mistakes will be made. There's no escape from it. Good process designs, Error-Proofing methods (Poka-Yoke), ensuring competency of people, etc., will help, but can not completely prevent human errors. Yes, it can be frustrating at times... But that's reality.

I have made a presentation on problem solving. It goes into the human error aspect some, but it's most process related, as most problems are.
