Hi Peter,

Did you contact Marc about this? I had a similar experience recently while trying to upload photos. Use the Contact Marc link at the bottom of the page, or the Report This Post button (the red and white triangle) in the upper right hand corner of the topics list. Be sure to describe exactly what your experience was so he will be able to investigate.

Hope this helps.

Default Re: Token expiration

This is almost always a cookie and/or cache issue. Each 'session' has a 'security token' to ensure no intercept of the exchange or code injection can take place.

The first thing to do is to try what you were doing on another computer and/or in another browser. If what you were doing fails on a different computer and/or browser contact me with as much detail as possible including any error messages.

If it does work on another computer, or on the same computer using a different browser, clear the browser cache and cookies, shut down the browser and reopen it and try again.

This is rare - This is only the second complaint I've had, but then again it's the second complaint within about a week. The first one was a computer issue. I'm betting this is as well. Browser caches and cookies can become corrupted.

If it continues and you can't figure out the problem let me know and I'll try to help.
