Where to put Product and Process Characteristics on the Control Plan.

There are product and process characteristic column on the Control Plan,can I put them at the same row(No./Product/Process)?Which CP table is right on the attatched picture file?

Could someone please give me some explanation about the characteristic block on th Control Plan?

If the two items in your example require different controls, they should be on separate lines, as in the second example. For instance, you may need an inspection control wherein a force test is required, and you may also need some sort of test or verification of the material. Presumably the material test would come before the force test--the controls on the PCP should be listed in order of occurrence.
