TS 16949 Clause 7.5.4 Customer Property, Intellectual Property requirements
Good morning!
Does anyone know what is meant in ISO/TS 16949 7.5.4 by the statement "Customer property can include intellectual property"? An example of this would help if you can.
Thanks,
David

Re: Help with a TS question
Customer prints, specifications, test results, specimens, etc. would fall under that category.

If something is palpable (like a blueprint) it's not intellectual property. The design represented by the print is intellectual property.

But, the good news is one does not have to worry about sorting that out for the standard - all customer property is included. So, we have that going for us!
