Thank You! Training Material for Change Culture

I was thinking of what good training material I can give to our employees. Objective is to change thier mind set towards work as salaries and benefits are not only the factors for an employee to be sucessfull and to feel self-fullfillment. Hope you can share good material

Thanks and Regards!

I'm not sure I understand the above statement.

What is the mindset that you are trying to change - that salaries and benefits are the only factors to success and self fulfillment? Isn't management more likely to have this perception than the employees themselves? Is that your target for the training?

Or are you are thinking of using training as a form of compensation?

Or is the training that you seek some form of positive-thinking philosophy that will enlighten employees to their fortune?

Please expand on your problem a little so that we may offer some useful recommendations.

Re: Training Material for Change Culture

In my view, this is not a subject for training, it is a subject for management to reset the organization's culture, and/or personal values. I have never seen training material that would propel people up Maslow's Hierarchy.
