Thank You! Return to Stores (RTS) - Examples of a Return to Stores (RTS) form

Does anyone have any examples of a Return to Stores (RTS) form.

It sounds pretty easy to make one up, but I don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance

I am not so familiar with the term. What business/process would this apply to (or used)?

Re: Return to Stores (RTS)

For our business, this occurs when we receive customer returns for reasons other than quality. For example, if the customer ordered the wrong part and we agreed to accept them back and replace them with the desired part.

We print a computer form that duplicates the information on the form that is in stores with all parts. I can't share the form with you, but I think you will get the idea. You just want to maintain the identity and traceability of the parts like any other you have in stores.

Could this be similar to a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)?
