Question Is CQP (Critical Quality Points) a requirement for HACCP?

Hi all,
I wonder if the CQP's (Critical Quality Points) are mandatory elements of the HACCP/ISO 22000 certification? So far we have used to consider only the CCP's and analyse them.

I don't think so because HACCP/ISO 22000 are Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). CQP would be part of Food Quality Management (FQM) - much wider and complex and encompasses safety too.

Hi Harry,
Thank you for the clarification. I am not familiar with FQM. Any additional information or possible links?
