Default Re: my customer ask me about AQL

Do you have a specific question? I'm you can find the definition of AQL in many places including this site's wiki, but my guess is they are asking for your products' AQL's for various defects. Do you have specifications for your products? Normally AQL levels for given defects are state in product specs, and you should tolerate less major defects, and more minor defects.

Do you do quality control testing on manufactured batches?

Your customer is probably referring to MIL-STD-105. See this link , click on the AQL, more info link to the right then scroll down to AQL.
