Has anyone got experience of the FSC Chain of Custody standard. I need a samples of the manual procedures

Are you referring to the Forest Stewardship Council? It's a good idea to spell out abbreviations so everyone knows what you're referring to. If you don't have a copy of the standard, it can be downloaded at the link I supplied.

Did you have any luck obtaining a free Chain of Custody Manual?
As you appear to work for a Consulting firm, I'm sure you can understand my reluctance to send you a free copy, but if you want to work together, I'm sure we could sort something. I specialise in FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody systems and also audit for a UK CB, so I am more than a bit familiar with Chain of Custody systems

Here is

"FSC STANDARD FOR CHAIN OF CUSTODY CERTIFICATION - FSC-STD-40-004 (VERSION 2-0) EN"

and

"FSC CHAIN OF CUSTODY STANDARD FOR COMPANIES SUPPLYING AND MANUFACTURING FSC-CERTIFIED PRODUCTS FSC-STD-40-004 (V1-0) EN"

I think you'll find he wanted a sample procedures manual, not the standards.

Incidentally, your 2nd link is Version 1 of FSC-STD-40-004, which has not been valid for a long time. The 1st link to version 2 is correct though
