The short answer to your question is: sure you can!

Here is a site that has several tools for calculating uncertainty:

Here is a thread that I have an Excel uncertainty calculator. I think I got it from here (The Cove), but I don't recall:

QMSYS GUM Educational is a freeware for the classical calculation of the measurement uncertainty according to GUM Uncertainty Framework.

The yellow cells are open for entering data. The rest of the calculation is locked to protect any formulas.
