Please Help! How can I streamline a corrugating firm especially in tool and die making

Hi, All

who has any notes how i can streamline a corrugating firm especially in tool and die making both flat and rotary dies? and with a reasonable place i can buy a plotter machine for drawing box cases?

Welcome to the Cove.

Your question regarding "streamlining" is overly vague, I'm afraid. We don't know what you mean by "streamlining," nor do we know the current state of affairs in your company. If you could give us an idea of the specific problems you're trying to solve we can be more helpful.

As far as the plotter is concerned, you're in Kenya, and perhaps someone here with some experience in that part of the world can help.

It is hard to know what you are looking for.

Are you looking for help with an ISO standard? Is your company ISO certified or are are you looking for help other than ISO?

I am sure there folks willing to help but they are going to need more information in order to do so.

i work for a box making company in East Africa and wanted tips on how i can improve efficiency in my section as a Die-maker.
