I've been involved with 18001 since 1999 and I've never seen such an animal.

Do you actually have a safety background, formal training or anything like that?

Start your "checklist" here....What can cause injury or ill health? Then fill in the blanks................

i may suggest better do a HIRA study for your based on that report u can prepare a checklist which can be utilised for 18001 audit
