¿Sabia usted que usted conseguir un certificado como auditor de gestion de sistemas de calidad ISO 9000 que sea reconocido en muchos países del mundo, especialmente en los EUA?
Sí. El "Register Accreditation Board" (RAB) otorga éstos certificados a todo el personal calificado. Puede obtener información yendo a http://www.rabnet.com/index.shtml ó llamar en los EUA al (414)272-3937. O utilize éste mismo medio para hacer su pregunta y yo le trataré de ayudar.

Hola, que bueno que das esa informacion., y en lo personal quisiera ver la posibilidad de que me informaras mas sobre el proceso de certificacion que tiene validez en Estados Unidos...
en particular me interesa por 3 razones :

1.- en esta semana me certifico como auditor lider, curso de certificacion lo dara Bureau Veritas en nvo.Laredo, Mexico
2.- En este año termino mi maestria en Gestion de la Calidad y tengo planeado hacer mi tesis, sobre auditorias a los sistemas de calidad.
3.- Tengo 3 meses de haber obtenido mi residencia legal en estados unidos, y actualmente estoy buscando trabajo ya que acabo de llegar a E.U( tengo una semana)

Te agradeceria bastante tu ayuda.... y también me pongo a tu disposición para lo que te pueda ayudar

Juan, hola!

Ve a este lugar en la web: http://www.rabnet.com/qa_itreq.shtml ó simplemente a www.rabnet.com.

La informacion que requieres está en el "link" de arriba. Está en inglés. Puedes ir a "initial requirements" a la izquierda de la página, y seguir leyendo según tengas preguntas. Hay una seccion llamada FAQ (frequently asked questions - las preguntas mas frecuentes) que te puede servir tambien.

En general, necesitas hacer un número de auditorías (unas 20 horas). Luego tienes que someter los records de tus auditorías al RAB (Registration Accreditation Board, telefono 1-888-722-2440 en los EUA. La direccion te la dan tambien en el site de arriba, bajo "contacts" - contactos). Ellos revisan tus records y si cumples con sus requisitos te otorgan la certificacion como auditor.

Para conseguir tus primeras auditorias tendras que ya sea conseguir un trabajo que tenga como tus responsabilidades el auditar ó hacerlo por tu cuenta. Esta última opcion es la mas dificil si no tienes experiencia.
