Please Help! Cleaning Procedure for a Cleanroom Class 7 & 8

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of a procedure that they can share on how to clean a cleanroom. I have a high level procedure that identifies the areas that should be vacuumed, wiped, and mopped. But I would like a lower level or more of a detailed procedure on how to wipe workstation surfaces, techniques on how to mop a floor, wipe ceilings, and walls. This procedure will be used for training individuals that never cleaned a cleanroom, therefore a detailed procedure would help me a bunch!!
(attached is a copy of the procedure)
