Please Help! ISO 9001: 2000 to ISO 9001: 2008 - How to change the documents & procedures?

Dear all,

We already had documentation and procedures for our Company's QMS as ISO 9001 : 2000 but how can I revise these documentation and procedures based on ISO 9001 : 2008? and which requirement?

Please help me.

Re: Iso 9001: 2008

You don’t have to revise because there are no new requirements, and slight changes are merely clarifications.

Lurker Re: Iso 9001:2008

If you have an Internal Audit checklist based on the 2000 version, it might be an idea to update this to fall in line with the minor wording changes in the 2008 version. Also, if you reference ISO 9001:2000 in your QM etc – then update to show ISO 9001:2008 compliance. I think in one of the threads out there, an auditor was being picky on such a point. Otherwise as indicated – no big deal.
