Everfresh,
One of the important things of doing HACCP is to go through that process first, looking at the products you produce in a very structured fashion, for each product identifying the risks and how you will control them.

After you've done that and know what your risks are, THEN think about what procedures or flowcharts you need. I doubt anyone could just 'send an index' at this point - I certainly couldn't.

Good advice from Jane. I will add that before you even start, do some background reading and research. The FDA websites are one of the best place to start with: Dairy Grade A Voluntary HACCP

Re: HACCP in our dairy farm (Milk Processing)

Normally, the standard operating procedures in food industry are being created/developed, implemented depend on the food safety standards and with respect to the products are manufacturing. Find attached NCIMS (National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments) document on “Hazards and Controls Guide for Dairy Foods HACCP Guidance for Processors” you can find detailed implementation stuff about HACCP.

The voluntary HACCP alternative program Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (2007 Revision) also a good source of information.
Attached Files: 1. Scan for viruses before using, 2. Please report any 'bad' files by Reporting this post, 3. Use at your Own Risk.
