Please Help! Developing Petrochemical Company Processes - Help needed

I don't know whether I'm writing in the correct column or in the wrong one. I hope that someone will assist me in my request.

I'm working in a petrochemical company and my president requested me to develop the company processes.

I appreciate helping me in this.

Is your request related to this one? For what purpose did your President request this? Certification purposes? Can you clarify? That would help The Cove Members respond with the most appropriate information..
