I suspect that's a rarity. I've been involved in a couple of implementations such as Tolko some years ago. Do you have a specific question?

I would like to suggest that understanding of the process concept is more important that experience in a specific field for a consultant. The ability to follow, document and audit processes (regardless where or what they are) is critical. This might open the selection/qualification criteria in this case.

One of my colleagues has extensive experience of implementing integrated systems (9001, 14001 & 18001) in paper mills - he worked in one for years and went on to become a consultant/auditor.

Hello CMCISO, I am just starting an implementation in a Kraft mill.

Perhaps we can exchange information on the does and dont's.

Paper mill experience is hard to find, let me know if we could work sometihng out.

I am not a consultant but an employee in the technical service of a large company so my interests are honorable!!!.
