Default ISO/TS 16949 Requirements

We are in the process of transitioning from QS-9000 to ISO/TS 16949. Can anyone give me examples of how they met the employee motivation requirement and the process audit requiremnt.

Thanks

For motivation see the following thread, there are some comments http://Elsmar.com/Forums/showthread....&threadid=4091
For process audits, after the process has been defined one follows it and audits the described with the system in the field.
This can be in the form of taking the flow chart and the control plan and following it to see if there is conformity between the two.

Question

I really don't have anything that could help you at this point, but i had a question. We are also looking into "upgrading" to TS from QS. How has it gone for you so far? Have you had any big road blocks?

We are just now getting started with TS 16949 so we haven't had any issues. We are already QS-9000 certified and our registrar said that we didn't have a lot to do in order to meet TS 16949 requirements.
