Determination of UMDNS Code for various types of Contact Lens

Hi mates,

How should we determine UMDNS code for the contact lens (for vision correction)?

As i foud that in the list of UMDNS code:

10996 - Contact Lens
17525 - Contact Lens, Vision Corrective
17524 - Contact Lens, Therapeutic

For 10996 is for which type of Contact Lens and 175245 is for whicy type of lens??

Looking forward for the clarification here.

17524 and 17525 are explained. If your product contact lens does not fall under Vision Corrective OR Therapeutic, then use the 10996.

That website now gives AMDNS numbers not necessarily UMDNS ones.
