Money IRS Tax Deduction for Registration

Will the IRS still allow a company to deduct the expenses associated obtaining, maintaining and renewing registration to a quality standard? We're holding a management review meeting soon and I would like to be able to comment on this.

Yes, costs are deductable. I think the law was recently revised so that the cost can be deducted in one year instead of over a few years. The following should lead you in the right direction:
