2003 is just a revision/update of 1997 dealing with guidance on quality management in projects. It is not a project management guide.

I've never seen anybody using or referring to it.

well, I agree with you but I want to use it as a checklist on some projects .
I don't have ISO 10006:1997 to know is there a different from ISO 10006:2003 or not ?!

Your best bet would to be to use the most current versionbecause the earlier one is almost 8 years out of date.

I'm a little confused about what you're asking for. It sounds like maybe you already have a checklist based on the 1997 version, and you want to see how it needs to be updated for the 2003 version? As Randy said, all you need is the 2003 version to do that. If you still want to compare at a high level, here's the table of contents from the 1997 version:
