Thank You! Uncertainty Calculation in Excel - Please review my calculation

Hello Experts,

I am working with a Rotameter manufacturing company. we have recently calibrated our Master flow Instruments from a Laboratory.

The said laboratory report I am tabulate in excel but some variation come in decimal in following points.

1) Type A standared Uncertainty 7.84E-02 slpm instead of report says 7.86E-02.
2) Combine Uncertainty 3.09E-03 instead of report says 3.06E-03
3) Effective degree of Freedom 36019 instead of report says 34968

Please find attachment and correct me, if any formula error or this error comes due to number of decimal points hide in report etc.

Regards
Tapas Ghosh

Have you looked at the effect of rounding. Where you have used a value of 0.00167 (Cell H6) in the manual calculation, the calculated formula gives you 0.0016723535694697 (Cell H33) which is been used in the final result calculation.

Yes Sir, you are right.
I have seen this effect, because Cell H6 is the lab report, which I have received as printed format from lab .Cell H33 and all Green color field in both of sheet "REPORT & BUDGET", I have calculate through formula

So please review my formula, and correct me if any error.

I am also assumed the deviation with Lab report and calculate value comes due to rounding effect.

Any one can HELP me that how the column “Sensitivity coefficient” value calculate. Is it comes from Student T Table? If so, please clarify when these values comes negative.

Thanks
Tapas Ghosh
