What are the legal documentation you should have with any part (new, repaired, or overhauled) in order to accept them. As receiving inspection person.

New product, export from the USA = 8130-3

New product, domestic shipment within USA = 8130-3 if requested by customer

Repair/overhaul product, domestic or export = 8130-3 return to service tag
