Is anyone willing to share an outline of their Data Integrity Training or a Data Intergrity Agreement that they have employees sign?

Hi Judy, Are you referring to computer system security protocols such as passwords, don't leave laptops in your parked car, etc?

I am refering to data generated in a lab and reported to a client. We are an analytical service lab and NELAC requires us to perform ethics/data integrity training for all employees producing, reviewing or reporting data.
