Requirement from the PPAP Manual or from GM to add a PPAP Report with Shipment?

Is anyone aware of a requirement from the PPAP manual or from GM on including a copy of the part's PPAP report with each container of parts shipping out each day? (The PPAP report being printed off from GQTS indicating the PPAP status of those parts.)
