Hi to all
Could you help me, my boss wants ERP (emergency response plan). I don’t know anything about it this, I just have couple hints. Maybe you have links or good examples of ERP for small air operator (we have 4 B737).

Re: ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for Small Air Operator
Don't know if this is the right subject area, but there is:
ISO/PAS 22399:2007 provides general guidance for an organization — private, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations — to develop its own specific performance criteria for incident preparedness and operational continuity, and design an appropriate management system. It provides a basis for understanding, developing, and implementing continuity of operations and services within an organization and to provide confidence in business, community, customer, first responder, and organizational interactions. It also enables the organization to measure its resilience in a consistent and recognized manner.
http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue...csnumber=50295
I have the British Standard equivalent which I based our Business Continuity Plan (Emergency Response Plan?) on.

I know this is an old post but aren't you guided by your country and perhaps regional specific rules, regulations and requirements? Here's a link to an FAA Guidebook for developing a basic Safety Management System (SMS) for Air Operators.

Re: ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for Small Air Operator
Hi all
There is a difference between an SMS plan and an ERP plan.
The Safety Management System puts all appilicable Safety Measures in place to create a safe operational system. The ERP plan is the plan that kicks into action if any of the SMS meaures have failed and an incident or accident has taken place. This plan is governed by:
The ICAO guidelines, The country of origin's laws, The destination country's law.
Focus is on rescue of passengers, developing good relationships with the families until everything is resolved, maintaining a positive public image. Ultimately avoiding crippling law suits
